6. Thanks for the bug report. The panel is brand new and we hadn't tested when the toolbar button wasn't on the toolbar.

   We had designed it to appear below the button to be like a dropdown menu.

9. I use the "apple/ctrl shift C" to quickly close a tab. Then when I'm quiting I hit ctrl-W / ctrl-shift-C to when I want to close / save a tab.
