Allow grouping/organizing saved tabs into categories
It would be great if the user can group/organize tabs into different groups (or folders) on save. It would be even better if they can be rearranged using drag & drop.
Until we implement real tagging, I use notes which allow some organizing since you can search the contents of notes. I use ctrl-shift-a to add a tab, then I enter notes including keywords. Then I use ctrl-shift-f and then type the keyword and it only shows tabs that I've saved with those keywords.

syncing my taboos between my computers
Allow me to share my taboos between my computers. Uploading the images and the tab state so I can restore it on another computer.
We have started working on this. We are prototyping a service that uses appengine.

allow open in new tab with middle click, etc.
we are investigating how to do this because firefox disables catching the middle click. we have ideas how to do such, but they involve a redirect. In the mean time you can ctrl-click to open in a new tab.

Arrange tabs by drag-and-drop
Arrange the order of tab thumbnails with drag-and-drop, and possibly by tags if tagging is enabled.

Sorting taboos by name/date/site/last visited
In the different views (grid, details), adding the possibility to sort taboos. (by name, date of entry, date of the last visit, site name with one of the others rules)

Show taboos with About:Blank as a reminder
There's another extension (fast dial) that shows some preset website thumbnails whenever the About:Blank is displayed, for example when a new tab is created. If Taboo could show the list of saved web pages automatically similar to this, it could be an unintrusive and convenient reminder of the web pages saved to check out later on. As it is, we have to click on the T to see the list, which is fine but easily forgotten.

Add priopities to taboos
Some taboos are more important than others. We could allocate to them priorities (a number of stars, a cote, ...). Then taboos could be sorted following their priority.

improve thumbnail quality
right now the image quality of the thumbnails is quite low due to mozilla's settings. Perhaps there is a workaround that gives better quality?

Multiselection of tabs
During browsing the web, I open lots of tabs that interests me an that I want to read later. At the moment, I have to click on the tab and then click at the plus-button to save it to taboo.
A multiselct of tabs I want to push to taboo would be helpful - just multiselect them like in Windows using the STRG key, then click the plus-button, all selected tabs close - that´s it.

Add contextual menu item
Add a "taboo this tab" item in the right-click menu for tabs. A "taboo and close tab" item would be great as well.

allow to taboo a link
Add something in the contextual menu or a keyboard shortcut to be able to place a link to taboo for future usage. Something like opening a tab for future use, but placed inside the taboo tab.

Auto backup of taboo
Would be nice to have an auto backup of taboo incase you have a future glitch that would allow you to role back to previoius ver of taboo.

shortcut conflicts
As a developer I use Ctrl-Shift-C (Firebug) and Ctrl-Shift-F (Webdeveloper) very offen. Unfortunately taboo overwrites them without an option to disable them. Perhaps this is easier to do than custom shortcuts.
Right now there is no UI for changing the shortcut keys, but you can using prefs. We want to add a UI for shortcut keys...

use address bar icon to add taboo
see Read it Later's implementation of a check mark in the FF address bar. Click to add a taboo -> check mark turns red, click again to bring up edit popup.
So exactly the same as the "Add to Taboo" button, but as an icon in the adress bar.
Right now, the color/style change of this icon is so unobtrusive that I cannot see at a glance whether the page I am on is taboo'ed or not.
This is one of only 2 points where Read it Later is superior to Taboo (the other being the storage of taboos as regular bookmarks, not the thumbnails etc. but the... well, bookmark).

List View
Taboos and thumbs are nice. A list view perhaps with mini thumbs could be useful to have a quick overview of all taboos.

Pages which have been tabooed from the same website should be grouped together & stored as one session

allow deleting taboos without trashcan
big number of taboos slowing down work of FF3, even when they in a trashcan. It would be nice, if i can delete them completely.

media rss feed of tabs; viewable in piclens!
plannedImagine that you can browse your saved tabs with PicLens.com firefox extension. All it takes is to have a Media RSS linked from chrome://taboo/content/start.html, it does not matter that is local (chrome:...)

By clicking the Plus-Button, the tab should close
Having many tabs openend, I have to click on a tab, then click the plus-button, then close the tab, then click on the next tab and so on.
So by clicking the plus-button, the tab should close automatically.

disable or otherwise deal with tab mix plus's session saver
Tab Mix Plus has a session saver that some people use rather than the default session saver that comes with firefox. We should automatically make taboo work with that in some manner so that people don't have to edit their settings on their own.

make 1:1 zoom - to see page exactly without opening it
Sometimes the page you want to open don't load, but the text might be valuable. Currently you can't see it because the magnify is too small.
It could be a 1:1 screenshot of web browser.

Delete Taboos directly in button-dropdown menu
plannedThat you don't need to enter in a new tab for deleting, but just by pressing button with drop down menu and move mouse over drop down item and right click and remove it directly from list.

Individual thumbnail zoom
Id like to be able to zoom in very close on each thumbnail individually such as the showcase extension allows. The current zoom is nice,but it would be helpful to be able to zoom on a particular thumb itself as well for an up close look.

Show taboos in a sidebar
Create a sidebar (similar to the bookmarks sidebar) showing all taboos. Clicking on a taboo in the sidebar would cause an action similar to a bookmark. Right click brings up a similar to the bookmark context menu (especially 'open in a new tab')
There should also be an option to display or not display screen shots.

Enable delete in the "details" view
It would be nice if one could delete a saved tab from the "details" view, exactly the same way it works with the "grid" view - che small "x" icon.

Make unsorted bookmarks appear in the Taboo list (FF3)
In Firefox 3, when you click the star icon in the address bar, it puts the current page into the "unsorted bookmarks" category. Would be very useful to have them appear in Taboo.

(Bug) Delete all button (in trash)
In the trash, the delete all button in the trash should delete all of the trashed taboos ans it implies, but it only deletes one at a time. I'm pretty sure this is a bug, or did i misunderstand

Show Read or Unread status for each taboo
Have a viewed/un-viewed status for each taboo, just like your e-mail. This way I don't have to wonder if I've viewed a taboo before.
Alternatively, a way to delete a taboo after opening would accomplish almost the same thing.

Enable delete in the "Calendar" View
I can only delete saved icons in the "grid" view. Is it possible to add the little cross(delete) button to every icon in the grid view and the "details" view?

A help file
Trial and error sorted out most of my issues, but an extensive help file and tutorial Perhaps on the taboo tab . Add it to the drop down as one of the saved pages and set to open automatically in a new tab. That might save a few fits.
